PATRICK DEVILLE
Litterary meetings
to whole parts of the 19th-Century’s history. When he’s not knocking about around the world, he gets back to his home port, Saint-Nazaire.
Trying to follow this elusive character, we would always end up back there. So we decided to redraw the town’s map as it was back in 1900
and it became a backdrop where we hung the author’s name, like on transit. We made the program as a timeline and chose a paper with
a fabric, reminiscent of old shipping maps.
