Creation and development of brand identity

Laperruque develop artisanal leatherwork combining pure aesthetics, contemporary functionalities and flawless craftsmanship in the finishing touches. All products are handmade with high-end leathers that obtains a patina and embellish with the passage of time. We came from that idea – of passage of time – to build all the identity.
For the art direction, pictures are exclusivly shooted with analogical camera to get this particular grain. In a side we proposed an inspirational part with elements (old cars, vintage furnitures, etc.) that get marks of the passing time and in the other side pictures of the products staged in a familiar atmosphere, to imagine them literally living. The website is also based on this notion of temporality. It works by succesives layers, that add up: tabs stays opened stepwise the progression of users.
