Creation of identity and communication tools

Leclere is a young and dynamic auction house. They want a new identity that can help them to stand out from the competition but that aslo show the values of appraisal, quality and serious inherent of their field of activity. We decided to create a font without serif, clear and readable with unclosed shapes to express the idea of circulation : of knowledge and material goods, that’s teh central point of the work of an auction hourse (and more particulary that LMV owns also an Art center in Marseille). The range of colors is made to identidy all fields of studies of the house.
For catalog’s covers we take the opposite side of what it’s made usually in publications of auction’s room (that is just photography used) : we played with an intense color background and a strong typographic composition, so on a sale you can immediatly recognized their catolog !
