The Village Saint-Martin is located in the Xth arrondissement of Paris, between boulevard Magenta & the canal, a neighbourhood in full evolution. Witness of these changes, Michel Lagarde – illustrators representative – wanted to create different communication tools for locals but also for stroller in transition to share good adresses, some unavoidable as well as stories & news of the hood.
