Jean-Marie Machado had two imperatives concerning his visual identity. First, they had to allow the audience to differentiate the 8 musical formations with wich he plays depending on projects (solo, duet, orchestra, etc.). Secondly, being a jazzman, improvisation is central to his musical culture. He thus wanted his identity to portray that specificity.
We developed a logo stamp with infinite variation possibilities to meet his demands. We then added & 8 colours range applied to the logo depending on the project, making all communication clear.
