(& each stage is proceed in close consultation with the client) As a first step, if there is not already a real brief set, a careful listening of client’s communication issues helps us to determinate what are his real needs of communication (which targets, which communication means, what kind of diffusion..) If there is already a brief set, we carefully read it with the client for refine all the graphic requests (for exemple a logo, a graphic charter, a poster campaign etc.) And to check if they’re all matching with communication’s objectives, brand’s identity and the budget. Then we define the profil of the brand by looking at the market – specifically communication’s tools and graphic univers. It help us to target in which graphic scope we can play in, to stand out while remaining faithful to the DNA of the brand. We prepare inspirational mood boards, organized by topics, regarding to the brief, and set up by marketing positioning and/or by graphics statement. We create images so we have to speak with images. Then, depending of projects, we send 2 or 3 graphic files proposals. For exemple a logo proposal include : a logo and his construction concept, some exemple of utilisation on relevant supports, from business cards to home page of a website. When one of the proposal is chosen, some back and forth enable us to refine the project. For prints and/or the development of a website, we follow up the project with picked providers. We do all form the estimates request to the final validation of the finished product (makeready at the printers or final reviews of a website.
